A Japanese investor is actively seeking M&A opportunities in Vietnam focused on BPO and customer service operations.

The investor is pursuing a “roll-up” or “carve-out” strategy and is targeting businesses in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City with revenues of VND 200+ billion and profits of VND 20+ billion. Preference is given to companies with existing management willing to stay post-M&A, but businesses with steady or modest growth are also considered if they offer strategic synergy.
